Molecule to market:
faster, at lower cost, with fewer surprises

Agnigent.AI is an AI-native pharma services company. We cut the delays, errors, regulatory deficiencies and market blind spots that slow medicines down and push their cost up, so you earn more on each medicine and patients pay less. AI agents do the groundwork, our domain experts check it, and your team makes the final call.

The problem

Where generics lose time, money and return

Taking a generic from molecule to market is full of inefficiency. It adds time and cost, and lowers the return on every medicine.

Waiting and delay

A year lost usually costs more than a failed study. The repeat study is a fixed cost; the lost year is revenue that doesn't come back.

Defects and rework

A quality error in a supplier's report, a repeated study or a deficiency letter from a regulator. Each is usually found late, after the time and money are spent.

Information gaps

Entering a molecule as one of six generics instead of one of two. Missing an API supplier's warning letter. A dossier sitting idle in markets it could reach. The facts are often public, but scattered.

How we work

Find it. Size it. Fix it.

Step 1

Find

We map where time and money are lost as a medicine is chosen, developed, approved, made and sold, using lean methods from operations and quality.

Step 2

Understand

Pharma experts explain why it happens, and add the market risks a process view can't see, such as crowding and price erosion.

Step 3

Size

We value each item against the medicine's return and cost, and rank what to fix first, the way investors manage a portfolio.

Step 4

Fix and track

AI agents do the groundwork, our experts check it, your team makes the call, and we track whether the return actually improved.

The agents

Four agents to start. Portfolio leads.

Each agent works on one part of a medicine's journey, and each is checked by an expert in that field. Every one has something you can try now on public data.

Portfolio Agent

Most developedPiloting now

Know what a molecule is worth before you commit, and when that changes.

Values each molecule on a risk-adjusted basis from competitors, patents, price erosion and development risk. Recommends develop, license in or pass. Tracking each molecule's value as competitors file and prices fall comes next.

For: BD, portfolio, finance

Licensing Agent

Faster licensing deals, in more markets.

Prepares a standard summary of each dossier (regulatory status, BE, stability, API source, patents and the markets it can enter) so potential partners can assess it quickly, with fewer rounds of questions.

For: BD, licensing

Try nowMarket scan

Which countries each dossier can enter now, after a fix, or not at all, who is already there, and which partners are active.

Piloting soon

Review Agent

A second expert check on your suppliers' work, before it costs you a year.

Reviews work from CROs, API makers and contract manufacturers against the guidance it has to meet, starting with BE studies: the protocol and design before dosing, then the CRO's report. Each finding cites the clause it relies on.

For: Clinical, quality, procurement

Try nowBE risk profile

Before a study: the guidance that applies, the design it calls for, and known difficulties with the molecule.

Piloting soon

Regulatory Agent

A second check before you file, so your team faces fewer review cycles.

Checks a dossier against each market's rules before filing, starting with US labeling, flags common deficiency patterns, and helps prepare responses to regulators' queries.

For: Regulatory affairs

Try nowGuidance-change monitor

Guidance and rule changes in each market, mapped to your products.

IP Agent

Patent claim maps by country, and formulation routes that avoid them.

API Sourcing Agent

Every maker of your API: filings, inspections, warning letters, and a second source.

Formulation Agent

The routes approved generics took, and a stability plan for hot-climate markets.

Manufacturing Agent

Inspection readiness benchmarked against peer findings.

How a pilot works

One problem. One month. Measured.

We start with one problem you choose, anywhere from molecule to market, that causes cost overruns, lost revenue or a low return on molecules. We measure how the work is done today, run our agents on real cases alongside your team, and show what changed.

How we choose the problem

Severity

A pain your management feels, with a high financial impact.

Measurability

The benefit, in cost, time or revenue, can be measured clearly against a baseline.

Confidentiality

It needs no information beyond what you would already share with a supplier under an NDA.

1

Week 1: map and baseline

We map how the work is done today and agree a baseline for time, cost and quality with your team.

2

Weeks 2–3: run

We set up our agents for the task and run them on real cases alongside your team. Our domain experts check every finding.

3

Week 4: measure

We measure the results against the baseline and review them with your management.

4

Then decide

If the result is worth it, we agree an ongoing service. If not, you've spent a month of one person's part-time effort, not a budget.

You bring

  • The problem, and the figures behind it.
  • A named team member for the pilot.
  • The agreed data in week 1.
  • A decision-maker at the week-4 review.

We bring

  • The agents, and domain experts who check every finding.
  • The baseline and the measurement.
  • A written result, with its sources, in Word, Excel or PDF.
  • Changes to the agents based on your feedback.
Delivered as a service

Like your work with a CRO: you define the task, and we do it with our own team, agents, experts and systems. No software licences, installation, IT integration or training on your side. It works alongside any AI your team is building in-house. Your team makes the final call, and your quality system stays the system of record.

Pricing

Pay for results. A pilot's fee is a share of the saving we measure together, with a cap agreed before work starts.

Turnaround

Once an agent is in regular use, results come back within one working day of receiving your data. During a pilot, while we set it up together, expect longer.

Who it's for

Built for the people who make the call

Agents do the groundwork and our experts check it. Your team makes the call.

Generic developers and out-licensors

Choose what to develop next, avoid delays and rework in development and filing, and take each dossier to more markets.

Regional in-licensing companies

Judge which products to license into your markets, and whether the dossier will hold up with your regulator.

CROs and API makers

Show your clients independent evidence that your work meets the guidance it will be judged against.

We work with BD and portfolio, finance, R&D, clinical, regulatory, quality and procurement teams.

Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude?

A good first step. Not the whole job.

Using ChatGPT is where most companies start with AI. Making AI dependable across a business takes more: sources you can check, the right rules for each market, measured accuracy and someone accountable for the answer. That is a business of its own, and not the core of a pharma company. Agnigent runs it for you as a service, the way a CRO runs your clinical trials, alongside any AI your team is building in-house.

Where the numbers come from
AI assistantFigures and facts can come from the model's memory, so each one has to be checked by hand.
AgnigentEvery figure traces to a public source, such as a regulator's register or a patent listing, or to a number you gave us.
Rules per market
AI assistantKnows the guidance it was trained on. It can't say which version applies, or whether it changed last month.
AgnigentFindings are checked against each market's current guidance, and each one cites the clause it relies on.
Accuracy
AI assistantEqually fluent whether right or wrong.
AgnigentWe will test each agent against cases judged by domain experts, and track its accuracy over time.
Accountability
AI assistantNo one stands behind the answer.
AgnigentA domain expert checks each finding before it reaches you.
Memory across companies
AI assistantStarts from zero every time.
AgnigentWhat we learn from public sources about suppliers, markets and regulators, and how we do the work, carries forward, so every engagement starts from more than the last. Your own data stays yours.
Record
AI assistantWhatever chat history you kept.
AgnigentSources, assumptions, expert reviews and versions are recorded, so you can show how a decision was reached.
What we've built

Already built. Careful with your data.

Clinical documents, signed off

Our first product drafts real-world evidence study protocols from locked study facts, with real citations, a named approver at each step and redlined versions after sign-off. The same engine of ordered steps, expert approval gates and an audit trail runs the agents above.

How we handle your data

Your data is used only for your work. It is never shared with, or used for, another customer.

Portfolio assessments, market scans, BE risk profiles and the guidance monitor use public data, plus any figures you choose to give us. Reviews of your own or your suppliers' documents start only once confidential documents can be held on dedicated, access-controlled infrastructure. Our findings support your team's review. Your quality system stays the system of record.

How we handle your data →

We start with the US, the EU and the UK, where regulators publish the most. More markets follow as our partners need them.

For domain experts

Help us get it right

We are building a panel of people who have done the work: regulatory reviewers, clinical pharmacologists, formulation scientists, patent attorneys, licensing and valuation specialists. Panel experts review our agents' work, and their judgements become the standard the agents are measured against. If that's you, we'd like to talk.

Who we are

From the other side of the table

Suneel Regulla

Founder & CEO · Hyderabad

Former Chairman of Accutest Research Laboratories, a clinical research organisation, and founder of Hansa Equity Partners, which invests in life-sciences companies in India. Before that, nine years in Nordic mid-market private equity at FSN Capital.

Running a CRO and investing in pharma companies showed the same pattern: much of what a medicine costs is waste, in delays, rework and decisions made without the full picture. Agnigent exists to take that waste out, so companies earn more on their capital and patients pay less.
